To Whom it May Concern, When I first began my search for a pet sitter, I really had no idea what to expect. I knew I wanted something more than a "dog" kennnel; a situation in which my dogs would feel less stressful when I was away. I always felt dreadfully guilty when I picked up my doggies at the kennel and they tackled me to the ground indicating they had missed me far too much! Along came Karin Mingels - aka The Dog Whisperer. This woman is the ultimate dog and cat nanny! The services Karin provides to your pet (and you) will far surpass your expectations. In this day and age where the term "service" rarely means anything, this woman is the very definition of the word. Karin goes above and beyond just caring for the basic needs of your pet(s). Additionally, her vast veterinary knowledge of canines and felines assures you that your non human family members will receive the the best care (far beyond what they would receive in a kennel). When Karin first pet sat for me, she noted that one of my dogs had a bad ear infection. Karin took it upon herself to religiously clean "Norton's" ears each and every day, no charge. In fact, she brought some of her own supplies to aid her! Additionally, she rubbed down and cut both dogs toe nails" Furthermore, at the end of meticulous notes that she left me advising me about each visit, she notified me that she had changed and replaced the cat litter (something I definitely had not asked or expected her to do - you'll find she does these little things all the time!) She spent quality time with my critters and even brought in the mail and newspapers. Karin is bonded and insured and takes her business very seriously while pouring her loving and affection over your pets. Having read other letters of reference for Karin, I thought, "hey , this sounds too good to be true." It isn't. I hope Karin will be caring for my pets for many, many, years to come. She is certainlly a dream come true. Now I can have that vacation or weekend getaway and know that the animals I love so much are enjoying themselves as much as I Jane B. 9/4/07
